The BRI or the Belt and Road Initiative, seems to be a financially viable project for China but it is not free from its problems. There are several problems in the implementation of the entire project covering so many countries. There are some projects that are not financially viable under the BRI. There are others that have to rely on government support and policies. Additionally, the terms make it essential to award the projects to Chinese companies making the participating countries wonder about the financial viability for them.
There are some countries that are not interested in investing anything and want BRI China to invest in the project as it is the one that is most likely to benefit from it.
